Final Project.
Wear the Art 2.0 CONCEPT For my final project for Time-Based Design, I used 4 canvas to made a scene that is a mannequin climbing out from canvas. I purposely made a dress for the mannequin and the pattern on the dress is same as the painting on canvas. This is because I want to show that we could combine painting and fashion together jus like what I did for my visual book. The painting I did was inspired by abstract expressionism painter, Jackson Pollock. I was fascinated by his art because he could express his mood by his painting. In my project, I only used primary colors, which is Red, Blue and Yellow because it looks visually balance, I felt that too much colors will made decrease the feelings of the painting. Also, the meaning of the colors also one of the reason why I chose primary colors. Meaning of the colors: RED : Red is an energetic color and it is used to represent the strongest and most energetic emotions – love, lust, passion, anger, excitement
